Trap: Dedicated colony managers humanely trap outdoor cats using specialized humane traps. Patience and careful observation are key here to ensure the safety and well-being of the cats.

Neuter: Once trapped, the cats are taken to a veterinarian for spaying or neutering. This is a critical step that prevents further reproduction.

Return: After a brief recovery period, the cats are returned to their original outdoor locations, where they have established territories and often rely on existing food and shelter sources.
